If your smart scale is not powering on, try the following steps:
Check Bluetooth on your smartphone
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your phone’s settings.Check the batteries in the scale
Ensure the batteries are not depleted and are installed correctly. Replace them with new AAA batteries if needed.Try activating the scale by stepping on it
In some cases, the scale turns on when you step onto it. Gently step on the scale and see if it powers on.
