Smart scale, best practices

Written by Maria

To ensure the most accurate and consistent results with your HEALBE Smart Scale, follow the steps below.

Before weighing:

  • Clean the scale surface
Make sure the measuring platform is clean and dry. Moisture or dirt can affect measurement accuracy.

  • Place the scale on a flat, hard surface
Use the scale on a stable, level surface. Avoid carpets or soft flooring.

  • Remove socks and shoes
Stand on the scale with bare feet to allow proper contact with the bioimpedance sensors.

  • Open the HEALBE app
Open the app and tap the Weigh button before stepping on the scale to ensure proper data sync.

During weighing:

  • Step on the scale to activate it
The scale will power on automatically when you step onto it.

  • Wait for Bluetooth connection
The Bluetooth icon will stop blinking once the connection is established.

  • Stand still
Remain upright and avoid moving or shifting your weight during the process.

  • Wait for the measurement to complete
The weighing is complete when the progress indicator disappears and your result appears.

Additional tip:
If you feel unsteady, hold onto a stable surface nearby. Safety always comes first.

Following these simple practices will help you get the most reliable and accurate measurements each time you use your smart scale.
