Bioimpedance sensor contact pad: Titanium
Optical heart rate sensor: Polycarbonate plastic
Device case: ABS plastic coated with hypoallergenic paint
Strap: Silicone
Buckle: Anodized aluminum
These materials are generally considered safe and non-allergenic for most users.
However, if you have previously worn an earlier version of the device and experienced skin irritation, it may have been a form of contact dermatitis. This condition is often not caused by the materials themselves but rather individual sensitivity or other external factors.
If you’ve had such a reaction in the past, we cannot guarantee that the same issue won’t happen with GoBe U, as each person’s skin sensitivity is unique.
