Warranty Coverage
Your GoBe U device is covered by a limited warranty based on the date of activation:
12 months from the date of activation, if activated within 6 months of the purchase date
6 months from the date of activation, if activated later than 6 months after purchase
The expected service life of the product under normal use is 24 months. Regardless of when the warranty begins, it will expire once the product reaches the end of its service life.
Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your device, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the following conditions are met:
The device is in its original condition
All consumer properties and packaging are intact
