The GoBe U smart band and the HEALBE mobile app store your data for the last 7 days. To avoid losing any information, it's important to sync the band with the app at least once a week. After 7 days, any unsynced data will be permanently deleted from the device.
To view your full data history, log in to your personal HEALBE web dashboard at https://web.healbe.com. Use the same email and password that you use to sign into the mobile app.
Regular syncing ensures that all your health data is safely saved and accessible across devices.
