If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it through the HEALBE GoBe mobile app:

On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?” located next to the Sign In button.

Enter the email address linked to your HEALBE account.

Check your inbox for a password recovery email. It contains a secure link to reset your password.

Important: The password reset link is valid for 24 hours. If the link expires, you’ll need to request a new one.
