To change your PIN code in the app (if you know the current one):
Open the HEALBE app and make sure your GoBe is connected.
Tap the smartband icon in the top left corner of the main screen.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of "My GoBe" screen.
Tap "Change PIN code" and enter your new PIN code.
To reset your PIN code (if you don’t remember the current one):
Reinstall the HEALBE app on your smartphone.
Log in to your account and connect to your GoBe.
When prompted to enter your PIN, tap Restore Pin.
Select Request PUK-Code.
A message will appear confirming that the PUK code has been sent to your email.
⚠️ Note: The PUK code will be sent to the email address used to register the device. It may take up to 24 hours to receive the email.
If the device was previously owned:
Please contact the original owner to request the PUK code.
If you are unable to reach them, send us a receipt or proof of purchase, and we’ll do our best to help you reset the PIN.
Once you receive the PUK code:
Log in to the app and connect to your GoBe.
When prompted, tap Restore Pin.
Enter the PUK code.
Enter and save your new PIN.
