GoBe U: How to request a PUK code to reset your PIN

If you’re unable to access your GoBe U device due to a forgotten or incorrect PIN code, you can request a PUK code to restore access.

How to request your PUK code:

  1. Reinstall the HEALBE mobile app on your smartphone.

  2. Log in to your account and connect your GoBe U device.

  3. When prompted to enter your PIN code, select “Restore PIN”.

  4. Choose “Request PUK-Code”.

  5. You’ll see a message saying that the PUK code is being sent to your registered email address.

Important: It may take up to 24 hours to receive the PUK code email.

If your device was given to you by someone else:

You’ll need to contact the previous owner, as the PUK code will be sent to their registered email.


If you cannot reach the previous owner, please send us a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you.

How to reset your PIN using the PUK code:

Once you’ve received the PUK code:

  1. Log in to your account and connect to your GoBe U.

  2. When prompted for your PIN code, select “Restore PIN”.

  3. Enter the PUK code.

  4. Enter your new PIN code.
