If you're experiencing issues with your GoBe U band, a hard reset might help. Follow these steps to restart your device:
Steps to perform a hard reset on GoBe U:
Connect your GoBe U band to the charging unit.
Press and hold the physical button on the band for approximately 7 seconds.
The band will automatically restart.
Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
