If you need to perform a full reset of your GoBe device, please follow the steps below. This action will erase all data from the band, so make sure to sync it beforehand and choose a time when minimal data will be lost.
To reset your GoBe:
Open the HEALBE app and make sure your GoBe is connected.
Tap the smartband icon in the top left corner of the main screen.
Tap “Service Information.”
Tap “Erase Data on GoBe.”
Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
