To install the firmware update on your GoBe U smart band, follow these steps: ​

Make sure your GoBe U is near your smartphone

Download or update to the latest version of the HEALBE GoBe app

Open the app and log in to your account

Ensure your GoBe U is connected to the app

Tap the smartband icon in the top left corner of the Main screen

- Open the HEALBE app on your smartphone,
- Tap the smartband icon in the top left corner of the Main screen
- Tap INSTALL and follow the instructions.

Important: The firmware update process will erase all data on the device.

Wait until after 12 PM (noon) to install the update. This will allow the app to finalize and save your calorie and energy data from the previous day

Be aware that any data recorded on the day of the update (e.g. breakfast or morning activity) will be deleted.
