GoBe3 stores up to 7 days of data before synchronization with the HEALBE app. To make sure your data is saved, connect your band to the app and sync it at least once every 7 days.
If the band is not synchronized for more than 7 days, older unsynced data may be permanently deleted from the device.
The HEALBE app allows you to view your data for the last 7 days.
How Can I View My Full Data History?
Your data history for the entire period of using GoBe is available in your HEALBE web account:
Sign in using the same email and password that you use for the HEALBE app.
For the best experience, open your HEALBE web account on a computer. The mobile version is not currently supported, so some elements may not display correctly on a smartphone.
If you don’t have a HEALBE account yet, you can create one in the HEALBE app by selecting Sign Up.
Remember to sync GoBe3 with the app regularly to make sure your data is saved to your account.
