You can wear the band during the EMS training, but keep in mind that this type of electrical stimulation can interfere with the electrodes and the data you receive during the training maybe inaccurate.
Please also make sure that the electrodes of TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) do not directly come in touch with the smart band.
