Any skin Imperfections, such as scars, tattoos and even substantial hair growth on the wrist under the sensor can decrease the accuracy of the results.
GoBe2 can be worn on either hand or the inside of your wrist. So if you don't have tattoos there, you can try switching arms or turning it on the inside of the wrist.
