When the smart band is placed on the charger and the battery indicator turns off, there could be several reasons for this:
- Insufficient power of the power source. Please make sure you are using a standard USB2.0 port or higher with a current of at least 700mA.
- The use of a third-party or damaged USB cable. Did you use the USB cable supplied with the band? Please check if the indicator blinks or fades while you bend the power cable.
- Wrong or loose alignment of the band with the charging dock. Press GoBe down tightly to align it with the charging station.
- Bad contact in the microUSB socket. Pleas send us a photo of microUSB socket at gobe@healbe.com
