When you place GoBe2 in the charging dock, do you see a red or a blue light coming up? The indicator on the charger should turn red for a few seconds even if it's fully charged. If it stays blue then the smart band is completely discharged and cannot be recharged. Please email us at gobe@healbe.com and let us know if this is the case, we will send you further instructions.
Next, does the band turn on while it is connected to the charger? If it does, please try to run the mobile application and establish a connection with the band. If the connection is established, please go to the "Service Information" menu and reset GoBe2.
Keep in mind also that the GoBe2 button recognizes three types of button press - short, medium and long. Normally, pressing the button does not require much effort. When it is triggered a slight click is felt. Then you need to hold the button for one, three or five seconds respectively. You do not need to increase the force of pressing as overdoing it may damage the button.
