Battery swelling could be caused by one (or both) of the following factors:
- Storage in temperatures below zero while the device is in use and storage in temperatures below -10 when the device is in storage mode;
- Extended storage without use for over a month.
Please make sure that you do not leave your GoBe2 unused for more than a month and\or in cold temperatures.
