GoBe2: The number of steps walked is different from the steps shown in Apple Health

GoBe2, steps in HEALBE are different from steps in Apple Health

If you wear 2 trackers simultaneously, the difference in steps and distance may be caused by different movements of the right and left arm. Try wearing both trackers on the same hand. This should even out the results and make the step count much closer. Please note that people tend to move their dominant hand more while walking.

Also, please check if your Apple Health app integrated with any other apps. The difference in data between HEALBE GoBe and Apple Health can be the result of such integrations. Apple Health may export data from apps such as MyFitnessPal, FatSecret, MiFi etc..

If you have integration of HEALBE with Apple Health enabled, Apple Health can also show the sum of steps from both trackers. You can open the steps data for a particular day in your Apple Health and see icons next to the number of steps - they will be different from data uploaded from different sources. For example, the icons for steps data received from HEALBE GoBe will differ from the steps data received from Apple Watch, so you can see if Apple Health is summarising it and giving you a total.
